ECL S52 Cup 2 Final Recap: Marsborne reverse sweep LAG to take their first cup victory
After three competitive maps of play, Marsborne got a reverse sweep over LAG to claim the title in ESL Challenger League Season 52 NA Cup 2. This is their first win in the event series despite making the top three five times in the past.

The first map of the final was the only map Marsborne lost in the event, as they had a flawless route to the final, outside of a forfeit to regain due to scheduling issues.
With this victory, Marsborne secured the biggest prize pool of the organization's time in Counter-Strike : $8,000.

Thanks to some clutches, LAG took control and secured an 8-4 lead going into their T-side. Marsborne started the second half well to tie the score 9-9, but LAG eventually found their footing and won map one 13-10.
LAG picked Dust2, but Marsborne got a strong start to go up 5-1. LAG fought back and managed to tie the score 6-6. Marsborne won the second pistol and conversion before LAG got three in a row.
Despite losing many opening duels, Marsborne stayed in it and took their opponent's pick 13-10 to force a decider.
