Nemiga beat FUT 2-0 to reach semis in Bucharest

The Aulon "Krabeni" Fazlija -led squad had cleared the group stage cleanly, but failed to bring their A game against the Nemiga underdogs, who came through the group stage after winning in the final day of deciders in the 2-2 pool.

The series wasn't an easy one for Nemiga early on, as a pistol round win was nullified by FUT in the second-round forcebuy, and a disjointed Nuke T-side put them in a 3-9 hole at the half.

Nikita "robo" Dushin had just one kill in the first half, and Nemiga 's map win probability was down to 4%, but they slowly built their confidence back up after winning the second pistol round.

Kirill "Xant3r" Kononov came into the map with six straight Nuke maps rated 1.10 or higher, and he didn't disappoint, making it seven in a row with a 1.28, which included a big 1v2 round.

But it was Daniel "syph0" Ageyev , with a 1v2 clutch of his own and a 2.38 CT-side rating, as well as +14.76% CT-side swing, who led the way for Nemiga to win it in the final round of regulation to secure their pick.

From there, FUT took over to secure six at the half, with Xant3r not dealing any damage in four consecutive rounds.
