LAG won both pistol rounds, and the second of the two preceded a 13-8 victory to take the series lead. LAG's map pick of Inferno started with Zomblers taking the opening pistol and a 5-0 lead.
LAG evened the score at 6-6, and again at 9-9. They were nearly able to force overtime after a clutch 1v2 from Jonathan "djay" Dallal, but a lost 4v2 in round 24 meant Zomblers were able to tie the series.
Dust2 saw LAG form a seven-round streak to end the half 8-4. Zomblers tied the game at 9-9, with both teams trading individual rounds until LAG converted their first matchpoint round 13-11. Unfortunately for Zomblers' Samuel "sml" Oliveira, his 60-kill debut was for naught.
DETONATE mounted a T side comeback to make it 11-11, but Club 333 locked in to win the series opener 13-11, thanks in part to Nikolaos "Pose1doNN" Antoniou's strong performance in rounds 23 and 24.
Cache looked like it would be the final map of the series after Club 333 put up eight straight rounds in the first half.
