Boombl4: "Every player right now is more confident individually"
BETBOOM are a team on the rise, grabbing a second-place finish at Thunderpick World Championship before arriving at PGL Masters Bucharest and taking down Spirit , a regional rival and top-two squad.

"It's crazy to win one of the best teams in the world," Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov told HLTV. I think in particular that second map was maybe a little bit closer than some people would have expected.
Both maps were a little bit strange, because the first map, I think it was a lot of clutches and they could money fuck us in one round, but it didn't happen, and we won every clutch.
So it was easy on score but not easy in the game. In the second map, it was a really close match and in some rounds we gave a lot of space for them. Obviously you started off yesterday with a win against Spirit.
It's crazy to win one of the best teams in the world. First we are from one region, and we know each other, a lot of friends, and a lot of good memories with some of them.
After the Thunderpick tournament, when we took second place, I think we broke something mental for us, because we feel stress, but not a lot like in previous tournaments.
And still, it's this tournament and IEM Beijing after, so it's a lot of matches, a lot of games, and I hope we will progress day by day.

Team Spirit still has to answer for this: ""It's crazy to win one of the best teams in the world," Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov told HLTV. I think in particular that second map was maybe a little bit closer than some peo…" That is the soft spot on the card. Nothing else in these lines closes it.
