The Gareth "MisteM" Ries -led squad battled through WBT , Nuclear TigeRES , and K27 to qualify, while Nemesis won out the other side of the bracket with victories against Rune Eaters , Sashi , and fnatic .
While both qualified teams are outside the projected invites for the Major, Nemesis and Eternal Fire still have an outside shot at securing a ticket to Singapore.
Stake Ranked Episode 5 will be played from October 27-30, which means it could prove crucial in the run for VRS points ahead of the November 2 invite cut-off.
The tournament features a $100,000 prize pool, with Astralis , MIBR , and B8 also among the attendees.
