WUMBO moves up four places in October HLTV Prospects list
The latest edition of the HLTV prospects list is out, and two American players made the grade. Both returning from last month are Marsborne's Chance "WUMBO" Boyer and Bogdan "ogwizard" Savula.

WUMBO moved up four places to #44 on the list, and ogwizard regressed nine places to #42. Liquid AWPer Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, who averaged a 1.31 rating over eight maps at iBUYPOWER Masters FML 2026 during Liquid's title run, has fallen two places to #9.
Iowa Stormboar's Ukrainian rifler Nazar "H0NEeST" Stefinko was one of four players called out for narrowly missing a spot in the top-50 prospects rankings.
WUMBO showed out in September, posting above a 1.25 rating at half of his eight events played, which no doubt played into his rise on the prospects list.
Of the top-50 prospects, WUMBO ranked fourth in round-swing in even-man situations—5v5s, 4v4s, etc.—just behind Metizport's youngster Liam "MaiL09" Tügel. Jorko, despite his standout performance at FML, averaged a 1.11 rating in 28 maps since the start of September.
Iowa Stormboar's H0NeST has been in fine form over the past month, as he has put up a 1.29 average rating over 36 maps since September 1st, bettering his 1.23 average in 57 maps in the past three months.
