The final will be Nemiga 's chance to grab a second LAN trophy in one month after the team's title-winning campaign at MPKBK CIS LAN Season 7, and a shot at a third title in a month following the online win in NODWIN Clutch Series 12.

Luminosity 's Major dreams took a hit with the loss, but their fate remains in their hands as they will face Astralis in the consolidation final to gain ground back.

In the decider, Luminosity almost pulled off another miraculous comeback, but fell at the final hurdle despite the efforts of Simon "yxngstxr" Boije.

With that loss, Luminosity ended their campaign with a respectable third-place finish, taking home $13,500 and another step toward securing an invite at the PGL Singapore Major.

The rest of the half was more back and forth, but Luminosity still faced a daunting 4-8 deficit going into their CT-side. Astralis won the second pistol and conversion to widen that gap to 4-10.

However, Luminosity kept their composure and went on a stunning 9-1 run to secure their pick, 13-11. Astralis picked Cache, but Luminosity won the first pistol and conversion.

It's the first LAN title for the Danish organization since the BLAST Pro Series Global Final in 2019 in Bahrain with their iconic lineup.

(Astralis then won Copenhagen Gaming Week 2024, but it was a showmatch event.) Tonight's victory was decorated by a great performance from Victor "Staehr" Staehr , who played a key role in each of his team's map wins.

He leaves Barcelona with a tournament-high 1.27 rating. Despite a sour finish, Nemiga have plenty of positives to take from their Spanish trip: they are now ranked 15th in the world, with a projected 68.1% chance of qualifying for the Singapore Major.

Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard was the hero on Mirage, posting a 2.30 rating as Astralis cruised to an easy win to open up the series.

Nemiga hit back on Ancient with a strong CT showing, but Astralis put the series to rest with standout performances on Nuke and Cache, with Staehr posting a 2.02 rating on the former before picking up an ace clutch on the latter.
