cmtry expected to miss Singapore Major for Astralis after FUT's quarter-final exit in Bucharest

That was only Álvaro "SunPayus" García 's fourth official match for FUT following his arrival from G2 at the start of the month.

The team has no more matches left to play before the November 2 invite cut-off for the Major, which means that cmtry remain listed on their VRS roster.

SunPayus will still be able to play for FUT as a substitute (though he won't be eligible for a sticker), while cmtry is tied to the roster and cannot be registered by another team.

Astralis ' only hope is for FUT to enter an open LAN, such as EPIC 49 in Kettering, so that SunPayus can play a fifth match and join the VRS roster, which would free up cmtry .

FUT have given no sign so far that they plan to. Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard returned to Astralis on Tuesday for the rest of Stake Ranked Episode 5, a move that stops cmtry from playing a fifth match for them before the cut-off.

Fictional bylines. Each take uses a line above and adds no facts.

G2 Esports can stand on this line: "That was only Álvaro "SunPayus" García 's fourth official match for FUT following his arrival from G2 at the start of the month." It is already on the card, so the case does not need a streak or a roster rumor.

The headline skips this: "That was only Álvaro "SunPayus" García 's fourth official match for FUT following his arrival from G2 at the start of the month." That is the reading I would argue. The rest of the card does not cancel it.
