Several roster changes did little to curtail the downward spiral in the new year, and Liquid 's disappointing tournament results combined with their T-side struggles led the organization to bench siuhy in favour of JT in July.

siuhy's tenure as Liquid's IGL represented a dark period for the organization in Counter-Strike 2 , with the team struggling greatly to find success before siuhy was benched in favor of Johnny "JT" Theodosiou in July.

siuhy also struggled greatly as an individual, ending his time at Liquid with a 0.87 rating over 185 maps.
