The first half of Anubis resulted in a 7-5 lead for FaZe as they looked to tie the series. At 12-10, Jason "JBOEN" Nielsen bested René "TeSeS" Madsen to send the game into map three.
With six rounds apiece on Mirage, FaZe took the lead via pistol win. However, that would be their last win of the match, as Nikola "NiKo" Kovač escorted Falcons through seven straight rounds to the 13-7 victory.

Fictional bylines. Each take uses a line above and adds no facts.
FaZe Clan still has to answer for this: "Unfortunately for FaZe, they could not pull off their own reverse sweep in order to stay alive in the tournament." That is the soft spot on the card. Nothing else in these lines closes it.

FURIA can stand on this line: "Also read: FaZe fall to FURIA in IEM Beijing opener FaZe's map pick of Ancient backfired as Falcons condemned them to a 2-10 opening half, which turned into a 3-13 loss." It is already on the card, so the case does not need a streak or a roster rumor.
